- How does the free trial work?
- The first 3 days are free, on either plan, once per account. Cancel before they end and nothing is charged; otherwise the plan begins on the fourth day. During the trial, up to 10 works a day open in full.
- How do I cancel?
- In Settings, under Subscription, in two steps. Premium stays until the end of the period you paid for, and your diary, lists and reviews stay with your account.
- Can I have my money back?
- Yes, in full, within 14 days of paying, whatever the reason. How refunds work
- Can I move from monthly to yearly?
- Yes, in Settings. You pay the yearly price less what is left of your month, and the year starts that day.
